You can use urlread with regexp function

Let's say I ahve the following part of text. This text is the result of urlread.
class="gkcol first" style="width: 200px;"<ul class="gkmenu level1"><li class="first"><a href=" /index.php/forex-basics/forex-charts " class=" first" id="menu127" title="Forex Charts"><span class="menu-title">Forex Charts</span></a></li><li >
How to find the link that is this?
www.4xigsystems.com/index.php/forex-basics/forex-charts
I understand thet befor / is easy to add domain, but how to find after the slash?
