White Gaussian Noise and threshold

Hello there,
I have the SNR values and the corresponding threshold values. Now, I'm wondering how I could optimize the threshold values to get better results of denoised images.

Huh? Thresholds for what? I have no idea. As a SWAG, why not try them all? Or use the Nelder-Mean method to walk your way to an optimum.
