SimMechanics, pin in slot joint

I am trying to mate this two components. first would be a clevis joint, that does only linear motion. connected to this rod which has a straight slot.
which type?and how do I relate them in SimMechanics joint.

Configure the Custom Joint to get what you want. Your description is vague, but looks like 1 translational and 1 rotational.
