Hello everyone, Help for Time series Problem In neural Network

I am trying to predict the Flood Forecast i have the river flow,rainfall and water level data, Could anyone please help in out in making this model, I have been studying about the various Architectures of NN, and as per my understanding I will be using Feedfoward Backpropogation network
