How to train a neural network with the input values retrieved from a database?

I have stored several images in a database(ms access 2007). How to retrieve the image in matlab from the database such that i can train the neural network using the feature vectors extracted from the image?

Either change your title to indicate that the problem is ms access retrieval, not NN training
