how to make matriks satisfy equality and inequality constraint?

i want to generate matrix with this boundaries:
10<=x1<=80
10<=x2<=70
10<=x3<=60
x1+x2+x3=150
x1 : x in a row 1
x2 : x in a row 2
x3 : x in a row 3
how i can do that? thanks.
