How can i measure the shortest distance between a center of circle and a line online by a vision camera?

I need such a code in my master thesis project which measures the shortest distance between a center of a circle and a line online by a vision camera. I need to plot a table after recording that measurement data. The table can be plotted in a pre-defined time period (ex 20sec.)
