how to use external data back to simulink

Hi,all: I need to use the data from output of one simulink block to either matlab workspace or initial callback in simulink to do some computation then feed those computed data back to another block in simulink. Now I use matlab function block to do the computation of data from simulink but I do't know how to feed those back to simulick.
