So my issue is this, I am attempting to serve two matlab licenses from the same license server. However, I am unable to do this because I each time I add the second license key it will not function. I receive the following error in the log.
7:52:47 (MLM) EXITING DUE TO SIGNAL 32 Exit reason 9
7:52:52 (lmgrd) MLM exited with status 32 (Exited because another server was running)
7:52:52 (lmgrd) MULTIPLE "MLM" license server systems running.
I did point the license file to an unused port. This did not help the problem. From what the error says it looks like I am unable to have two instances of MLM.exe running at the same time. Is there a way I can have both licenses served from the same file? Or would you know a work around that would allow me to serve out both versions?
Thank you,

Hi Mike. I see no reason you would need to run two instances of MLM in the first place. You can always combine license files together; see the FlexLM "License Administration Guide" in the "Combining license files" section: http://www.globes.com/support/utilities/fnp_LicAdmin_11_12.pdf

You can always combine license files.
Depending on the release, you can also have both license files in the same directory.
