Is there any built in block that simulates this circuit?

Hi!! Is there any built in block on simulink that simulates the following circuit: (I found one similar, the Three-Level Bridge block, but this only alows to change the number of arms of power switching devices and not the number of power switching devices in each arm wich is 4. I only need 2)
