for loop(i=1 to m) for loop (j=1 to n) initially v1 is zero R(i,j) (representing first pixel value of R component of RGB color image) (How to perform, sum of all values from R(1,1)+ R(1,2)+R(1,3)..... to R(m,n)) (take result value (summation) in v1).
