How to do an analysis of neural model for relationship modelling of a complex system.

Hi there. How are you doing? My problem here is I need to continue my project with analysis part and I do not know how to do it. If I run my program I will get the neural model (FCM).The neural model is based on the trained datasets. Here, I am using 5 variables such temperature inside,humidity inside,cfm of ceiling fan,temperature out,humidity out. Thus, the neural model that produced is based one the datasets. Can you guys give me a bit idea which will assist me in complete the analysis part? so I have to do analysis with statistical tools right? and how to do it? a rough idea is enough for me to continue my project. Thank you very much.

Analysis can mean many things. You will have to be more specific. If you have to, ask your teacher what he/she wants.
