position control of a bldc with gearbox

hi, i want to develop a position control of a bldc motor with gearbox but i don't know which steps can i follow to achieve my goal. i post here a model of my motor with a hysterese current control.It works fine. The next step is to add a position control.

please could you give me some useful advices? In which books can i find in details such an implementation?
