how to plot major axis and minor axis on object?

i have found the major and minor axis length and orientation using regionprops, now how can i plot them on my image?

but it does not work for all object

Some objects may be ambiguous, such as a region that is just one single isolated pixel. I mightbe able to look at your image if you post your original image, and binary image, and your code that did not work. Point out which region it's not working for.
