To Instrument is not updating the data?

In simulink model, I am using a temperature sensor & sending its data through serial communication via PIC18F452 The receiving in matlab has no issue. But after the implementation of Fuzzy logic the duty cycle is not send to the controller. I have used fwrite command, MIKRO C Pro & Terminal USART for sending data. They work fine but SEND block & To Instrument is not working fine.
