MATLAB 2010A crashes when connecting to the internet

MATLAB 2010A crashes when I connect to the internet. When I open MATLAB 2010A while already connected to the internet it doesn't start.

I think it has to do with it trying to get a floating license which I've been using a while ago. Now I am using a designated computer license.

Any idea how to resolve the problem?
