Advices on functions to use, distribution and values extraction

Good morning, I'm a new registered account, I'm not an expert in Matlab and i don't speak English well.

I have a problem and I hope that one of you could help me: I have 135 curves (as in the appended image) and to continue my analysis i need to have only one curve that well approach all the 135 curves. how can I do this with Matlab?

I think you need to define some criterion that explain: well approach all the 135 curves,

If you want to fit a matrix of dependent variables to a single model, use lsqcurvefit.
