How can I make a dataset with two classes?

Yes,I have a file XLXS with a lot of datas,I have to make a classification of data PRTool, but first I have to form a dataset with this data, the dataset will have two classes. I have to use A = dataset(A) I believe that A have to be a vector.

You should first read/import your data. Using XLSREAD is a good option for this purpose. Read the doc. and experiment a little with that; if it doesn't work please attach one Excel file to your comment/question.
