Is it possible to use Simulink with a Home License to add support for embedded targets?

I have Matlab 2014a and Simulink with a Home License.

Simulink with a Home License only supports code generation for some embedded targets, e.g. Arduino Nano.

I would like to try other embedded targets, e.g. the TI Stellaris LaunchPad for which there is support at Simulink (Embedded Coder) Target for TI Stellaris LaunchPad. However, support for other embedded targets requires Embedded Coder which is not shown as an option to buy for a Home License.

Am I correct in assuming that Simulink with a Home License has restricted embedded code generation for only a subset of embedded targets?
