Hello,
In my application a matlab instance is launched through C# using COM. But the settings that I have done in my Matlab environment such as character-encoding using slCharacterEncoding() or increase in java heap memory thru the 'java.opts' solution do not reflect in the matlab instance called thru COM.
Please help.
Thanks,
Vishal Rane

Hi,
How do you do the slCharacterEncoding()? With a startup.m? Then that was perhaps not executed because another startup dir was used then your expected.
Actually the java.opts should also be used. Which ML version do you use? Because since 10a you don't do that with java.opts anymore.
