how to generate 3 KHz sine at 20 KHz sampling frequency

Hi, i am new to simulink, am using system generator. can i generate 3 KHz sine at 20KHz sampling frequency. But in DDS compiler4.0 min system clock acceptable is 0.5MHz. please help me to solve my problem.
