I have a problem to use awgn function in matlab 2013b

Hello, My name is Jinwoo Son in Korea. Now, I'm student in University of Seoul. For my homework, I have to use awgn function today. But in matlab2013b, I don't find awgn function. I submit 'help awgn' in matlab and try to serch awgn funcion in help menu. But I can't find awgn function. What is problem in My matlab program?

awgn is a function from a communications system toolbox. Check if you have this toolbox.
