How to make a cb inerrupt a current in the dc circuit with multiple 0 crossings?

I have made a model in which i have to make a dc breaker. I have used IGBTs to create currrent 0 at many instants. However if i use a circuit breaker in befor or after my custom made block which causes current 0 at multiple instants, the inbuilt circuit breaker model fails to interrupt the current.

If i use it at the load end, it works fine. But that is not what i want.

Somebody please help.
