Image Tiling

Hello I have 256x256 image and i need to divide it by 8x8 cell(totally 32 cells) and perform some iterative operations within particular cell. Can anyone answer this? Thankyou in advance......

Use the imfilter(), nlfilter(), or blocproc() function.
