Why R2011b x32 faster than R2014a x64?? How to fix it?

I have the same code and run it in different Matlabs at the same PC (Intel i7). I was surprised that R2011b is 7 times (!!!) faster than new version. I imagine I need to change some settings but I have no idea what I have to change.
