from above link, now I know the answer, the outport port of En in Abs Output Reset subsystem has to set to "reset" in Output when disabled.
Output the enable -signal from enabled subsystems

From the "Enabled Subsystem Example" comes with Simulink 2021a (Fig.1), I add two outputs of enable-signals (Fig2 and 3).
My question is why En-signal (Enable-signle output from Fig.2) can follow En_in-signal, but the EnN-signal (Fig.3) cannot following EnN_in signal? I.e., in Fig.4, En-signal from 1 to 0 is the same as En_in signal, but EnN keeps 1 that does not follow EnN_in.
