How to receive UDP packet in Simulink?

I have design
Local IP : 192.168.1.6, Local port : 51001
Remote IP : 169.254.234.133 Remote port : 51000
and Click "Vertify address and port connectivity"
it is OK!
and other PC( IP :169.254.234.133 ) data shooting
But No response
