2 level matlab s function error

while using 2 level matlab s function block in my model this error appears to me

 while pressing the build button, the error states that "The corresponding 'read_data.tlc' file for the MATLAB S-function 'read_data' in block 'untitled/Level-2 MATLAB S-Function' must be located in the current working directory, the MATLAB S-function directory 'F:\thesis\send and recieve data', or the directory 'F:\thesis\send and recieve data\tlc_c' ".
i have read_data.m as m file which inserted in  2 level matlab s function block and i don`t know how to generate read_data.tlc
i want to know how to generate my file as tlc file to avoid this error
