Why is the RTL-SDR Radio package not supported in the commercial license?

It's supported in both student and home editions, why not commercial?

RTL-SDR support package is supported under all MATLAB licenses, including commercial ones. I can understand the confusion due to the former wording of the licensing options. Since then we have fixed it. You will need Communications System Toolbox to use the RTL-SDR support package. You can explore difference pricing and licensing options here:
