How do you publish an internet link to a pdf from a Matlab editor?

I'm trying to learn Matlab, and the tutorials only cover simulations, not publication, it seems. I have access to Matlab 2013a as a University student, and I created and opened a .m file, and tried to publish it as a pdf. I'm able to do most of it, but am running into some problems with it not displaying how I want.

Is there an online tutorial that shows how to write code to publish Matlab output as a pdf?

Probably a good place to get started (exists in 13a too). Everything you've described above is easily doable - publishing to pdf, including hyperlinks etc.
