Quatech DSC-200/300 not recognized by xPC Target?

I ordered the Quatech DSC 200/300 PCI board and successfully installed the hardware on my target computer, because it's supposed to be one of the few xPC Target supported serial cards, listed in the Simulink xPC Target library. getxpcpci does not recognize it as a PCI card on a target computer.

Please help me if you know what the problem might be. I'm using Matlab R2013b.

xPC Target supports "DSCP-200/300" not "DSC-200/300". DSCP uses a CompactPCI while DSC uses regular PCI.
