Help to purchase Tool box for classification and clustering

I want to purchase MATLAB and some tool boxes that will help in classification and clustering.

I understand that I need Fuzzy Logic tool box and Neural network tool box.

What are the other tool boxes I need to purchase for machine learning(classification and clustering)?

I heard that svmtrain and svmclassify functions are available only in Bioinformatics tool box. Is that right?

Statistics Toolbox is the biggest one, the SVM tools have moved from Bioinfo to Stats. More information here:
