Ardurino to matlab communication via ethernet

Hi, currently I have a problem with ardurino and matlab communication. For now, I don't want to change anything in ardurino, and I want to get data from and send data to ardurino with matlab tcp/ip protocol. I have searched for a while and cannot find anything. Anybody can help me?
