joining two columns of matrix in a way that should bring the second element should be first element of second column.

for example,

    A=[1;2;3;4;5;6]
    B=[7;8;9;10;11;12]

i want

    C=[1;7;2;8;3;9;4;10;5;11;6;12]

please help me.
