How to detect the locations of the peaks in a signal??

I am able to detect peaks in a signal using findpeaks. By using the findpeaks, it is showing the locations next to the peak occurances. But how to detect the locations of the peaks??

Prove it with a short signal so we can verify that it's not finding the correct locations.
