fmincon's nonlinear equality constraints cannot be met?

2 views (last 30 days)
Hi everyone, I am using fmincon for the optimization of the project.
In the use, three nonlinear equality constraints exist, however, with the optimized results, I checked the nonlinear equalities and find they are not satisfied. It is very strange, because all of the nonlinear inequality constraints are met.
Could you pls give some instructions ??
THX very much!

Check your contranstrains with an optimization where your objective function is @(x)0 and with your real constraints. The solver should find a feasible solution. If not your constraints are not well written.

Dear pietro,
I find the problem!
in the constraint function and objective function, one redundant abs value was added by mistake.
But anyway THX very much for your time and answer in the weekend!
Cheers
