I know centroid of an image. that means, line,pixel location and intensity at that location is known. I want to find PSF for this. How can I do that. please help me out

PSF = Point Spread Function?
I'm not sure how you are choosing to define the centroid of an image, but I don't think the centroid tells you anything about the PSF. You might get a better answer if you could explain the underlying problem.
