welcom i find problem to access good edge in this image

i find problem to access good edge in this image because this image contain much noise......i used wiener2 and medfilt2 to enhanecement image and canny to detection edge ...pleace help me to solve this problem and access best edge ...thanks

Just vary the parameters, like windowsize and threshold until you find one that looks good. Exactly what edges do you want? Just the outer outline, or all the lines in the foot?

OK, my answer remains the same - just try different parameters. If you want to try a DOG filter, see attached.

Well, that certainly found a lot more edges. You can adjust the parameters to fine tune the number of edges it returns.

In my dog filter, adjust the window width and Gaussian width in the lines

gaussian1 = fspecial('Gaussian', 21, 15);
gaussian2 = fspecial('Gaussian', 21, 20);
