I am facing Georectification error

Hi! I am using Matlab 2013a for geo-rectification of images but the code which i have is showing an error, i.e;

"No appropriate method, property, or field CellExtentInWorldX for class spatialref.MapRasterReference."

I don't know what's the problem is. Kindly have a look on this issue and help me..

Those properties were added in R2013b. You'll need to upgrade in order to use them.
