Why "Publish" doesn't run in Matlab 2014a for Mac?

I am using matlab 2014a for mac and wanted to use "Publish". But when I tried to run, the matlab stop responding. How can I solve this?

Shinya - I can publish documents in R2014a with OS X 10.8.5. Please elaborate on what you mean by the matlab stop responding. Does MATLAB shut down, or freeze, or..? Describe the steps that you are following to publish the code.
