Hi i have a problem with tha matlab simulink

when i used the matlab function block i change the directory to c\(folder i called it matlab) when i run it it appears this error
" Unable to locate a C-compiler required by Stateflow and MATLAB Function blocks. Use 'mex -setup' to select a supported C-compiler."
what is the problem ?

In Matlab command windows type:
mex -setup
