Solving Symbolic matrix with different variables

I have a symbolic matrix with different parameters whose elements are combination of this parameters...If I know the values of the matrix then how to extract the parameters. for eg.
if A(1,1)= a^2+2*b/c+d... etc then how can I extract the values of a,b,c,d....
Note:I know the values of the matrix.

Use matlab's 'solve' function.
