How to obtain energy and entropy features separately from S-transform Matrix?

I am new to signal processing and i request someone to help me in extracting energy and entropy features from S-Transform matrix.

I have extracted the S-treansform matrix using http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/fileexchange/45848-stockwell-transform--s-transform-

now energy and entropy should be extracted from the matrix
