make a rectangle of known orientation in confined space

I want to draw a rectangle (shown in dotted lines) of known width and slope inside another rectangle. I know the points through which the centre line crosses the external rectangle. So I want to draw a rectangle which is fully inscribed inside the external rectangle and fulfilling above criteria. Any lead will be highly appreciated.
