Can I run Matlab on a Intel Atom Z3740 processor @ 1.33 GHz, 2.00 GB RAM, 32-bit operating system, x64 based processor? (windows 8.1)

Yes. You can run a 32-bit version of Matlab on Windows8.1/32.

I run Matlab successfully on a PentiumII/400MHz, but I admit this is an old release, of course. But as usual I'd contact the technical support before I spend money.
