How to solve these 2 problems in matlap & simulink ??

Problem (1):Consider a unity feedback, PID controlled system with following parameters: Plant transfer function: G(s)=[(s^2 + 10)/(5*s^3 + 20*s^2 + 15*s)], Reference input: R(s)= 30/s . Design a PID controller in order to make the system above stable and then draw the response of the system. Problem (2):Find the response characteristics; write the state-space matrices and then the Transfer Function of the whole system above.
