How to find facets of convex hull for 5 or higher dimension

Hi, How to find facets of convexhull .Is there any way to get equation of facet as output interms of variables?

To get the vertices, you can use convhulln():

K = convhulln(X) returns the indices K of the points in X that comprise the facets of the convex hull of X. X is an m-by-n array representing m points in N-dimensional space. If the convex hull has p facets then K is p-by-n.

Now, how to turn a set of vertices that define a hyperplane into an analytical equation for that hyperplane , I don't have any idea.
