No Control Systems Toolbox on installation of downloaded Student Version

I have just downloaded and installed MATLAB R2010a Student, and have no access to the Control Systems toolbox (trying to use tf function, but it does not exist). Installation and activation appear to have gone without a hitch. What do I need to do?

The Student Version should have the Control System Toolbox included. What do you get when you type "ver" in the Command Window? Do you see Control System Toolbox in there?

No I didn't se any such option

Although the Student Suite includes the license for the toolbox, it is not installed by default but can be selected in the installer.
The basic Student Version does not include a licence for the toolbox; that requires Student Suite
