Looking to setup of multi-agent environment using Parrot Mambo.

3 views (last 30 days)
I am working on a project to implement formation control algorithms on drones. I was given the Parrot Mambo to work with, and have been using the Simulink Support Package for Parrot Mambo to program the drones using Simulink. My issue now is trying to fly more than one at a single time using the same laptop. I have read it is not possible to do so with these drones and support package, but I figured there may be some clever idea available. Any help is appreciated.

I understand that you want to fly more than one drone at a single time using the same laptop but as you have stated it is not possible to do so, this is typically due to limitations in the communication protocol, interference, and the capabilities of the provided software and hardware.
But you could run multiple instances of Simulink, each connected to a different drone. This might require multiple installations of Simulink Support Package for Parrot Mambo and careful management of USB connections.
Remember that the feasibility of these workarounds depends on various factors including the drone model, communication protocols, software limitations, and hardware capabilities.
