d-q transformations for asynchronous machines

I'm simulating an asynchronous machine with wound rotor. If I use the d-q transformations with the reference frame aligned with the A-axis at wt=0, how can I calculate the fluxes of the machine? I mean, if I use: φs=φds+jφqs and φr=φdr+jφqr in the rotor reference frame it doesn't work. Why? Should I invert the real and imaginary parts? I hope someone can help me, Thanks!
